Arrest warrant
James Edward Foubister, 22, ski mechanic of Ohakune, was to have appeared on one charge of careless use of a motor vehicle
in Thames Street on 29 September and on one charge of refusing to supply a specimen of blood when required to do so by an enforcement officer. Following his nonappearance a warrant for arrest was issued.
