Driving charges
Mark Anthony Evans, 18, garden labourer of Ohakune, pleaded guilty to one charge of driving while disqualified but not guilty of driving with Excess Breath Alcohol and one charge oi reckless driving. All three charges arose out of the same incident in Old Station Road on 16 September.
He was remanded at large to appear in the Ohakune District Court on 21 December to answer all charges.
