DANGEROUS NECK BRUISE FROM SKI POLE
A woman was flown from Turoa Skifields to Wanganui Base Hospital last Sunday with bruising to her throat from her ski pole handle. The Waimarino Helicopter Rescue Trust helicopter carried out the evacuation of the patient.
