International yoga teacher to visit

Yoga teacher Danielle Arin-Strutt will visit the Waimarino in March. Mrs Arin-Strutt's home base is London, from where she travels much of the year teaching her unique style of yoga. She will be stopping off in the Waimarino to visit her daughter Cecila, who has recently settled here. Mrs Arin-Strutt is renowned for her humorous and positive approach as a tutor. She was honoured to be accepted as a student under master yoga teacher B.K.S. Iyengar and made three visits to India in the intensive course of her study with him. Her classes promise creative exploration of the body's potential with effective stress management techniques and individual tuition. Mrs. Arin-Strutt is to hold a one-day seminar at Kuka Lodge, Rangataua on Wednesday March 29, cost: $20. Enquires can be made through REAP.
