STUTTGART, Feb. 5. General Clay warned American officials that they nmst expect resistance from die-hard recalcitrant German groups stronger tlian anything yet encountered. He said that improvement in transport and communications had permitted. groups to establish contact with eacdi other. "We have already broken up several groups," he said, "and intend to nuiintain an intelligenee network to keep the fullest possihle control."
