MONEY SNATCHED FROM GIRL IN STREET
AUCKLAND, last.nis-lit. A 17-year-old girl, employed as a shorthand typiste by a city firin, was robbed of £50 in notes wlien she was walking th rough a cyowd of afternoon shoppers in Queen Street. She had the money in her haml just after drawing it from a bank, and vvas on her way back to the office with it, when a man came up behind her, snatched it out of her grasp, and made off. A suspeet was arrested later.
