VITAL DECISION BY MOSLEM LEAGUE

In Or Outside Of The Assembly? NEW DELHI, jan. 30. The working committee of the Moslem League will meet in Karachi to-day to discuss whether the League should take part in the Constituent Assembly. The final decision will rest with the League Council. The working committee is also expected to discuss the Punjab situation. Mr. Jinnah, the president of the League, has asked representatives of the Punjah Provincial League to report.

In the Punjab capital, Lahore, the police have rounded up a number of League leaders. They include two of those who were arrested last Friday and then set free. The Mayor of Lahore has also- been detained. Arrests, totalling 586 persons, were made throughout the Punjab yesterday.
