Waipa Women's Institute
The Waipa Women's -Institute held its monthly meeting in the village hall on January 15, Mrs. Syme presiding. There was a fairly good attendance. Roll Call, "My Favourite Flower," and "Why?" proved ver-y interesting.A demonstration of eushion-making v.'as given by Mrs. .Storries. Competitions and demonstrations of interest are held each month and. the competitions are keenly contested.
