Militza Korjus Resumes After Accident
.Rotorua musit-lovers who have wondered what has become of Militza Korjjul, the singer who impressecl in "The Great Waltz" and then suffered an accident, will . be interested in news of her which has been sent from Hollywood. Following her success in "The Great Waltz," Militza Korjus was temporarily forced into retirement by a car accident on March 25, 1940. She suffered from a fractured left leg, states the correspondent. She has now recovered and appeared as soloist at the Hollywood Bowl on August 24. Recently she completed a musical film in Mexico, which is now showing in .South America. The tfilm will -prohably be brought to the United States and exhibited with Knglish sub-titles. Miss Korjus ' announcfed recently taht she and her German-'born physcist husband, Dr. Kuno Foelsch, were diyorced two years ago. She has the custody of their- 14-year-old- daughter Militza. J
