Greek Government's Plan To Attack Guerillas
ATIIENS, Jan. 24. The Premier of Greece, M. Tsaldaris announced in the House of Deputie^that the General Staff had completed plans for the final attack on the guerillas. "We will pass, in a few days or, perhaps in a few hours, from defence to a counter-offensive," he said. The Premier also announced that a new coalition Government, representing seven or eight Parliamentary Parties, would face Parliament tomorrow. M. Tsaldax-is said Greece's appeal to the United Nations for an investigatxon into the situation on her northern borders was not against anybody. Greece was merely seeking Balkan peace. He had sought Allied support for his reconstruction plan requiring £311,500,000. Ainex-ican business firms had asked the Import-Export Bank for a loan of £87,500,000 for projects in Greece. A representative of Yugoslavia informed Signor Nenni, Italy's Foreign Minister, of the intention of his Government to appoint a Diplomatic mission to the Italian Repuhlic, says the Exchange Telegraph's Rome correspondent. Signor Nenni, expressing satisfaction at this friendly Step, informed the Yugoslavian representative that an Italiaxx diplomat will be appointed to Belgrade when the new Italian Government is formed.
