FRANCE MAY ACCEPT COALITION GOVT.

PARIS, January 20. The French Prime Minister, M. RamaJier, formally informed the President, M. Vincent Auriol, that he had accepted the invitation to form a Government. Political quarters interpreted this as an indication that the parties concerned had virtually agreed to form a coalitioh. The M.R.P. has not yet given a (decision and has asked for assurances about Indo-China. M. Ramadier has heen working on the idea of a coalition ranging from the Communists to the moderate Conservatives.
