The Eiiejnch Premier, 'M. iLieon Blum, has pointed out that the price euts announeed yesterday were only a befeinning and that they apply to public serviees as well as all types of goods. One aim was to stimulate the flow of supplies. He stressed that the Government was determined to put a stop to any further rise in the cost of living.
