RUSSIA CALLS FOR DISARMAMENT

LONDON, Dec. 28. Russia wants a complete disarmam^t scheme, including details for international control of the atomic bomb, to be drawn up within at least the next three months. The Soviet's representative in the Security Council, M. Gromyko, wants the 11 members of the Council to be a commission to carry out the General Assembly's recommendations for control and reduction of armed forces, as weil as armaments. He has asked ihat this item be put on the agenda for the meeting of the Council on Tuesday, when it is also due to consider the Atomic Energy Comtnission's report.
