Colonel H. N. Blakeney
The death oecurred in a private hospital in Rotorua yesterday of Colonel Herbert Norwood Blakeney, C.M.G., D.S.O., a former Commanding Officer of the 56th" Middlesex Regiment in the first world war. The late Colonel Blakeney, prior to his coming to Rotorua recently, had lived at Mt. Maunganui. The funeral will take place to-day.
