Health Centres, Theatres And Hotels WELLINGTON, last night If the people expressed the wish to administer community services, he would favour such a plan, sajd the Prime Minister, Mr. Fraser, at the official opening- of co-operativ-s shops in the new -State housing hlock at Taita on SaturdUy. He referred to the arrang'ement in new State housing areas^ for the possession by the people of all community services. This -aims at the control of free health centres and civic centres, including theatres and hotels. "If the people definitely declare that they want to conrol these things in their districts, - everything -else being equal, I am in favour of the proposal. That fits into my conception of what a community should be."
