TWO CHARGES FOLLOW MURDER ACQUITTAL
/ Jiidge Criticises Attitude Of Witnesses SYDNEY, Dec. 14. Immediately after he had been acquitted at the Central Criminal Court of the murder of Alfred William Dawes at Waterloo, William Hollebone, 29, was charger with two other murders. The jury, after a ten-minute retirement found that it would be dangerous to convict the accused on the evidence on the. first charge. Hollebo'ne pleaded not guilty to the new charges, and Mr. Justice Hei'ron directed that the Crown's view be sought as to whether or not a Bill should be filed. The deaths were the result of a mass shooting at Dawes' home on August 29. The judge agreed with the jury's verdict, but strongly criticised those ■ present at the time of the shootings for their attitude during the trial.
