• HOBART, Dec. 12. ( The Tasmanian Government has ordered an inquiry into allegations of low moral standards among sections of secondary schdol children in Hobart. The Premier, Mr. Cosgrove, announcing the inquiry, said children in their teens tended to inherit the effects of wartime slackening of morals which was swamping the» divorce courts. He said the sensational pfess and other agencies were portraying openly the seamy side of life to the young people, who should be engaged in healthier studies during their formative years. The responsibilities of fathers and mothers had never been greater than to-day.
