(Rec. Dec. 17, 5 p.m.) Berlin, Dec. 17. Scnsational reports have been received from Warsaw that a broadcast has been picked up stating that the Lubyanki prison in Moscow has been burned with great loss of life including numerous Ogpu prisoners who were locked in cellars. Some warders and firemen are also dead. Moscow announces that the fire occurred on December 3 and that there were no deaths, only Ogpu records being burned. The fire was in the top storey only. Messages in connection with the happening have hitherto been stopped by the censors.
