(Rec. Dec. 17, 5 p.m.) Leipzig, Dec. 16. Herr Sachs, in a four and a-half hour speech urged the acquittal of Torgler, one of the accused on trial for the burning of the Reichstag. Dimitroff declared the innocence of PopofF, Taneff, Torgler and himself and regarded Lubbe as a misused too) of the worlcers. The sentences will be promulgated on December 23.
