ANNUAL PRIZE-GIVING CEREMIONY IN A. AND P. SHOW BUILDING THIS EVENING LIST OF AWjARDS The annual prize-giving ceremony of the Rotorua High' School will take place at 8 p.m. this evening in the A. and P. Associiation's . H'all. Fenton Street, when cups, inter-house trophies and medallions for sch'olastic awards will he presented by Mrs. H. Bertram and sports trophies by Mrs A. G. Holland. So great was the attend nce last year in the Grand Theatre that difficulty was found in providing adequate seating accommodation but the larger hall, with seating for about 900 persons, it is expected that th'e large number of parents and supporters of the school will be amply catered for. During the evening the headmaster's report on the indoor and outdoor activities of the school during the year will be presented to parents and the chairman of the board will briefly address those present. In addition, a musical programme has been arranged to be given by the school choir, also quartettes, duet by Misses K. Goudie and V. Musgrave and a solo by Miss K. Goudie. The presentation of minor sports prizes and proficiency certifichtps will be made by Mrs. W. G.
