ANNUAL CRICKET MATCH AT ROTORUA HIGH SCHOOL The annual ericket match between the second eleven of the Rotorua High School iand "fathers" took place at the school yesterday afternioon in warm weather. Wfith the exception of A. G. Holland and J. Alexander the fathers did nafc fare too well in the first innings which closed for 55 runs. Hov/ever, good bowling by Alexander averted a sevcre trouncing for the fathers' team and gave the boys a lead of only 31 on the first innings. I>i the second innings Holland again batted well, his 25 runs not out giving him an average of 47 for the match. In .their second effort the fathers scored 62 runs and the match was drawn.
