FOUND HANGED
A LITTLE CHILD BECOMES CAUGHT IN TELEPHQNE CORD Chicago, Nov. 27. Joel Sibner, aged 3| years, to-day hanged himself on a telephone wire. While his mother was away for 15 minutes on a shopping errand the youngster went to the bathroom for a stool which he pushed to the instrument in which he was. accustomed to prattle when held up by his parent. He climbed up, got entangled in the cord, the stool upset, and he was choked to death.
