FRANCE AND GERMANY PAY DIPLOMATIC VISITS

Rugby, Nov. 27. The visits paid by the French Ambassador at Berlin to the Chancellor, Herr Hitler and by the German Ambassador in Paris to Quai d'Orsay, are regarded as a preliminary to- ex-i changes of views between the individual Governments to prepare the ground on which the Disarmament Conference might resume its work. Further conversations are expected to take place and the result will be awaited with interest.
