MR. HENDERSON SUPPORTED
Geneva, Nov. 15. Mr. Henderson's protest against lack of support is by implication endorsed by a declaration by the Greek, Czecho-Slovakian, Dutch, Norwegian, and Polish disarmament rapporteurs. They state they are unable to carry out allotted tasks in the- absence of responsible delegates from some of the Great Powers.
