During the next five years regular competitions, open to poets and musicians will be held annually, when two or tbree of the best efforts will be selected and published and prizes wili be awarded. Tbe winning songs wiL be produced in public, and it is expected tbat popular approval .of some particular one will become so mamfest that it will be the final selection.
