H.. Wat^pnj counsel for the appellant, said... that he desired, if possible to have the. appeal- heard at .the present sitting of the appeal court. Mr. Justice Reed, the jpresiding judge who, had with him Mr. Justice Smith, said that an. appointment for the fixture would have to be made at another time. . "It is impossible fpr the fixture to be made at the present sitting," said His Honour, "because we are short on the judicial bench. It is causing a great deal of inconvenience and possibly in some cases- it may result in a denial of justice but we cannot help that." -
