"MACHINE-GUN" KELLY

Vancouver, Sept. 27. ,A message states that the last and most dangerous of the Kelly gang was arrested to-day. He is described as "Machine-Gun" Kelly and is able to write his name on a sign-hoard in bullets. His wife warned the polipe stating that she feared that her husban'd was preparing to . murder a number of prominent people. There is a 10,000 doliar reward on Kelly's head.
