varga beats oswald and rumberg defeats pereira

Hastings, Wednesday. Wrestling here to-night Count Varga defeated Hank Oswald when he applied a back slam which left Oswald unable to continue. Christchurch, Wednesday Hal Rumberg defeated A1 Pereira here to-night after eight _ rounds strenuous wrestling. The decision was given on points and was unpopular.
