EX-ENGLISHMAN REPRESENTS GERMANY IN LONDON HITLER'S PROPAGANDIST

(Rec. 8.35 p.m.) London, Sept. 6. The Daily Herald says that Frederick Willis, an Englishman, who has become a naturalised German and an ardent Nazi, is shortly coming to London as Counsellor to the German Embassy. He will be Herr Hitler's chief propagandist in Britain. Willis, who is the son of a British officer in the Indian army, has worked for the past few years as a journalist in Rome. No official intimation of the appointment has been received, so far by the Embassy but Mr Willis is reported to have announced at a farewell dinner that one of his tasks^ would he to act as a liason officer with the British Fascists.
