YOUNG MAN FINED. A mah who lcissed a young Birmingham University woman student was fined £2 at Birmingham (England) recently. ...... He was Harry Freshwater Frankling, aged 30, an unemployed salesman, of Birmingham. The girl said thiat she was sitting in a Birmingham library when Franklin entered and hent over.' When she looked up he kissed her. Franklin was said to have informed the police that business friends had told him that he was afraid to kiss a woman. In court Franklin said that he was under the impression that the complainant was a young woman he had arranged to meet.
