MAN SENTENCED IN DUNEDIN ASSAULT CASE

Dunedin, Friday. "When all is said it remains that you struck deceased to the ground with such foree that his skull was fractured," stated Mr. Justice Kennedy, in sentencing Arthur John Thomas Wilkinson (28) to two years' reformative -4etention -on a manslaughter charge arising from an incident in Rattray Street on June 3, in which Peter Smith was struck, dying shortly afterwards.
