A NEW APPOINTMENT Rec. June 23, 7.30 p.m. Moscow, June 23. M. Akulof has been appointed Chief State Prosecutor of the entire Soviet Union under the1 recent reorganisation scheme, and M. Vishinsky, the. prosecutor in the recent Vickers case, becomes chief assistant.
