EARLY MEETING EXPECTED. CONCERNING FATE , OF ENGINEERS Rec. June 23, 7.0 p.m. London, June 23. Well-informed circles foreeast an early meeting between Si'r John Simon and M. Litvinoff respeeting the trade embargo and the imprisoned Vickers engineers. It is stated that the Soviet is anxious for a renewal of trade relations.
