alterations to rules suggested by wellington

. Wellington Tuesday. Alterations to the Ranfurly Shield rules are ratified by the Wellington Rugby Football Union, and the following recommendations have. been forwarded to the New Zealand Unibn for consideration : "That teams challenging for the Ranfurly Shield shall pay their own travelling expenses," • and "That the management committee of the New Zealand Union shall each season decide which union shall have the right to challenge for the shieid."
