Foxton, Tuesday At the resumed inquiry into the running of Takakua iri the Foxton Cup, the Judicial Committee resolved to exonCfate the owner, while disapproving of the manner in which the horse was ridden. They were of the opinion that this was partly caused by instructions given to the rider on a trirning corirse, "and therefore, no action would be taken.-
