Mrs. Copland, of Sydiiey, is visiting Rotorua attd is a guest at the Grand Hotel, Mrs. A. Brown, ac'companied by Miss Jean Pearce of Fenton Street, has returned from a fortnight's holiday at Mount Maunganui. Mrs. Preston of Auckland 'who was up in Rhtorua for the Golf Tournament hds returned to her home. During; her stay she was the guest of her sister Mrs. J. Thomas of Haupapa Street. Miss Stennett and Miss R. Winiata of Whakarewarewa have returned from a brief visit to Auckland; where they were guests at Hotel Cargen. Miss Dora Griffiths, of Hotel Arawa has returned from a short visit to Cambridge, where she was the guest of Mrs. J. Garrard. Miss Mavis Theobald, of Manawahe, is a guest of Mrs. J. Ruddy, of Hinemoa Street. . Mrs. D. M. Fell, of Tauranga, ahd her sister, Miss Boursot, of England, are visiting Rotorua and are stayihg at Grande Vue. . Mrs. W. Sharpe, of Ramarama, is visiting Rotorua and is a guest of her sister, Mfs. A. Newson, of Pukuatha Street. During her stay Mrs. Sharpe will - act as one of the judges at th'e Winter Show. Mrs. H. H. Davis, of Lakefront Road, left on Monday to spend a short holiday at her ^easide cotitage at Mount Maunganui.
