BRITISH ARMAMENT PLAN
VIEWS OF FRENCH LABOUR Paris, May 21. A joint declaration by the Federa.tion of Trade Unions, and the Labour Socialistic International expresses the opinion that the British' disarmament ' plan, though inadeqnate, is acceptable as a ba,sis of discussion to secure the suppression of offensive armaments, the conclusion of pacts of non-aggres-sion, and undertakings that in no circumstances will resort be made to violence and invasions.
