NOT FAIRLY TREATED Rec. April 21, 7.30 p.m. London, April . 21. "Russia has not beenf treated as a foreign State, but has been bullied into subjection," declafed Mr. G. Lansbury, leader of the British Labour Party, at 'Retford. "I hope the working class Soviet Government will he superior to the British capitalist Government, and will send the men home,' demonstrating that they are not seeking revenge."
