DISBANDED TROOPS MARCH ON CAPITAL CITY OPPOS1NG FORCES

— By Telegraph — Copyright)

Vienna, March 31. In consequence of the alleged plan for widespread armed action against the Government the Socialist Defensive Alliance has been summarily dishanded and army detachments are making a demonstration march on the city to-day. The Socialist Burgomaister, M. Seitz retaliated for the dishandment of the Socialist defensive alliance, otherwise the Schutzbond, by issuing a decree for the dishandment of the Leinwehr (Austrian Fascists) as distinet from the Nazis. The decision is due to the Ieinwehr's threat to forcibly alter the constitution. The Government is not likely to ratify the decree.
