!The Mayoress, Mrs. T. Jackson, left at the week-end for Auckland, where she wiR connect with the Monterey for Sydney, where she intends paying a holiday visit to relatives. Mrs. A. Nation, of Auckland, is visiting Rotorua, where ishe is staying at Princes Gate. Mrs. Hindmarsh, of Timherlands, who has heen spending a few days with MrS; F. W. Wilkie, of Pukaki St., returned home at the week-end. Miss M. Sharpe, of Christchurch, is viisiting her mother, Mrs. J. Morgan, of Amohia Street. Mrs. F. Moorhouse, of Er-uera St., left yesterday for New Plymouth, where she will pay an extended visit to her daughter, Mrs. J. Leggatt.
