London, Dec. 28. Bernard Shaw, speaking in praise of Guy Fawkes, at a meeting of the. Fabian Society, said that Guy Fawkes was an intelligent man. He saw that the first thing to enable Parliament to do anything was to blow it up. In a way, it was a pity he failed because the whole history of Parliament had been a vindication of Guy Fawkes.
