WAR DEBT DEPRESSION
Wellington, Thursday. The opinion that the burden of war debts is inextricably bound up with the recovery from the depression, and that a settlement of the debt question would be followe.d by the recovery of international trade, was expressed by Mr. R. W. Taylor, formerly one of the general managers of the Midland Bank, London, who arrived on a visit to the. Dominion by the Tamaroa.
