TlJESDAY'S carnival EXCELLENT ENTRIES FOR ROTORUA CLUB'S MEETING MANY VISITING COMPETITORS

The remarkable response which has been received by the Rotorua Amateur Swimming Club from intending competitors at the club's carnival in the main Blue Bath on Tuesday evening, augurs well for the success of the function which "will undoubtedly attract a large attendance of spectators. Included among the entrants are such well-known swimmers as Miss Marriott (Wellington), Ansell, Auckland University Club, the Cambridge team, comprising Messrs. Hall, Hague, Roxburgh and Miss N. Easter and Messrs. F. Haughey, K. Haughey, W. Nicholson, F. Jones and Miss Elsie Burns, members of the Whitiora Club Hamilton.
