Miss D. Moorhouse, of Auckland, spent the week-end( with Mrs. Moorhouse, of Eruera Street. Mrs. B. M. Green and family, of 'Arawa Street, leave on Saturday for their summer cottage at Murray's Bay. Miss Eunies McDowell will arrive home at the week-end to spend the Christmas vacation with her parnts, Mr. and Mrs. J. McDowell, of Lytton Street. Miss Gwen Jones, of Whakatane, •spent the week-end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. Jones, of Ranolf St.
