BELGIANS DEMONSTRATE AGAINST HEAVY TAXATION

Rec. Nov. 26. Brussels, Nov. 25. As a protest against the everlasting increase in the tax on beer, the Belgian breweries closed yesterday, the employers participating in a procession in which 40,000 marehed through the streets accompanied by 70 bands, with banners emblazoned with demands for cheaper beer. Special trains and motor coaches brought many in from the country to participate in the- demonstration.
