FRESH SALAD DRESSING.

Use yolks of two hard boil'ed eggs. Mix in a basin with i cup sugar, I teaspoon salt, | teaspoon mustard. Beat smooth gradually with cream or milk. Lastly add the juice of half a large lemon or almost all a small Iemdn, little by little, till the dressing thickens. Do not put in too much. juice to curdle it and stir weTl while adding it. If you have no lemons use one dessertspoon of vinegar gradually.
