YORKSHIRE PUDDING.

Someone asked recently for a recipe for Yorkshire pudding as h'er son liked it so much with roast beef. Well, this contrihuted recipe has not been known to fail. Method: Take 2 tablespoons of flour. Break two eggs into the eentre, and beat. Add a good half-pdnt of milk, and pinch of salt. Beat well until smooth^ giving it an occasional stir. Then put a littie fat from the rbast meat into a dish and pour in the mixture. Bake it in a f airly ' hot oven for about 2 minutes and it will fluff up and he very good indeed with' the roast heef»-
