Time is often unnecessarily wasted in making roadside repairs and ad- , justments through the lack of proper , arrangement of the tools iii th'e tool lsit. Far too many tool hoxes consist of a jumble of tools mixed indiscriminately with the old spark plugs and other parts which have been replaced and are of no further use, and a miscellaneous assortment of hoxes and tins of various kinds which may have accumulat'ed over a period' of yeajs. In most cars the tools can be . divided into groups. ' For instance, j those used for wheel and tyre re- 1 niovals make one group, the puncture j f ep'air outfit conveniently constitutes , another, the various wrenches provided j for adjustment of the carburetter and fuel supply constitute a third, and so , on. If this grouping he arranged, and j the tools of ea,ch group be kept in a separate wrapper of leather or strong fabric, they can be obtained with ease, and because of the condition in which they will he preserved hy the wrappers, they cari he used with speed and comfort. " No motorist wh'o has arranged his tool box in this methodiical way ever again allows it to lapse into disorder.
