London, October 29. The South African loan of £8,000,000 issued at £96 10s, bearing interest at' 31 per cent., and redeemabk' 1953-73 has been fully subscribed. Financiers are of opinion that subscriptions would have been much larger if the date of issue had not eoincided with the break in sterling exchaiige.
