ANOTHER CAPTURE
Rec. Oct. 24, 11 p.m. Shanghai, October 24. Now comes the news of the capture by handits of a wealthy foreigner, Da Florence, of the Harbin district. The handits are demanding a ransom of 200,000 yen. The Harbin residents are particularly alarmed. Many foreigners are living daily in fear of heing kidnapped.
